App will not retrieve your password

I installed the app on my itouch and ipad with no issues. I bought a iphone and installed the app but forgot my password. I tried a number of time on the web site to
e-mail me the password or reset it. The screen just sits there and nothing happens. I went to the contact page 5 times and sent my info to them with no replay. looks
like if you are not a big hospital or company they will not contact you.
